Gin

With over 140 gins at our bar, you’ll be spoilt for choice when choosing what to try first. From locally distilled Cornish gins to worldwide favourites, we’ve got a gin to try for everyone.

Gin Tasting Boards – £13.50

Feel overwhelmed with too much choice? We’ve got you sorted! Try one of our Gin Tasting Boards, with gins carefully selected by our expert bar team. Or build your own board by selecting four of your favourites or new flavours you can’t wait to try. Every board comes with four gins, a tonic, and a selection of fruit to add to your creations.

Rum Tasting Boards – £15.50

Discover the rich and complex flavours of our rums with our rum boards – perfect to discover new flavours and indulge in old favourites. Explore diverse rums from velvety aged to bold spiced varieties – making the perfect experience  for the rum lover.

Wine

If wine is what you’re after, we’re ready to deliver – with a selection of over 130 wines from some of the best wine regions in the world, there’s something to try for all wine lovers. Our wine list has been expertly put together, so be sure to try a few on your next visit to the Copper Bar or paired with a dish in our restaurant.

Drink of the Month

Every month one of our expert bartenders will be choosing their favourite drink for Drink of the Month. It may be a cocktail, wine, gin, or any drink we have at the bar. Keep your eyes peeled for what September’s could be.

February Drink of the Month: Jen’s Love Potion | £10.50

A tempting blend of Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, Cointreau, Chambord, strawberry syrup, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Served over crushed ice and adorned with mint, raspberries, and a sprinkle of gold dust, this cocktail is a symphony of fruity and citrusy flavours with a touch of luxury.

Cocktail Making Classes

We are excited to introduce our new Cocktail Making Classes. Get ready to shake, stir, and sip your way to cocktail mastery! Our cocktail making class offers a fun journey into the world of mixology, where you’ll learn to craft delicious cocktails (or mocktails) and spend quality time with your friends. This class is great for groups of friends looking for a fun activity, or just a great way to get together and make memories.

£35pp | 4-8 guests | Approx 2 hours

Included in the class: 

• Metal straw set to keep
• Start off with an arrival drink
• Make and enjoy 2 cocktails
• Nibbles in between the first and second cocktail
• End with a shot

Our hot chocolate menu features a delightful array of choices from renowned brands such as Cocoa Canopy and Whittard’s. Whether you crave the rich and creamy goodness of traditional hot chocolate or desire an extra kick, we’ve got you covered. Elevate your hot chocolate experience by adding a touch of Baileys or rum for a unique twist. We invite you to savour these delicious creations in the cosy ambience of our lounge.
